TERMS: Net 30 days, 2% 10 days. All accounts overdue by 60 days will be placed on hold.
PRICE: All prices are F.O.B. Montreal. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be charged where applicable. All inquiries regarding prices or stock availability may be requested by phone, fax, or e-mailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
MINIMUM ORDER: 200.00$. Any order placed below this minimum dollar value is subject to a 20.00$ surcharge, unless otherwise specified. Bulbs: minimum quantity of 5 pieces per item number. Back orders will only be cancelled upon receipt of a written request. All orders for fixtures, bulbs, parts, or glass must be sent by fax or e-mailed to: email@example.com
TRANSPORT: F.O.B. Montreal. Prepaid transport on fixture orders requires a minimum order of 500.00$ (may include bulbs). Prepaid transport on bulb only orders requires a minimum order of 200.00$ in Greater Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec city & Greater Toronto - elsewhere requires a minimum order of 500.00$. All merchandise is delivered to the carrier in perfect condition. Our liability ceases upon acceptance of merchandise by the carrier.
PICK UP: 100.00$ minimum order. Any order placed below this minimum dollar value is subject to a 10.00$ surcharge, unless otherwise specified.
WARRANTY: The warranty on active inventory items is valid for one year following date of sale from Omotec Canada to the retailer. All items received by the customer should be verified within 30 days of delivery and any issues should be reported to Omotec within that time. All items sold under â€œliquidationâ€ or â€œclearanceâ€ are considered to be final sale and are not subject to the above warranty. Any issues with liquidation or clearance merchandise should be reported to Omotec within 14 days maximum following delivery.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without a â€œreturn goods authorization numberâ€ (RMA#) from Omotec Canada Inc. Requests must be made by fax or e-mailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Pick up tags will be issued and paid for by Omotec for all authorized returns. All returns will be repaired or replaced where applicable.
CREDITS: Omotec Canada does not offer cash refunds. Rather, in exceptional circumstances, a credit note will be issued that may only be exchanged against a future order. Credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months.
FIXTURE MODIFICATIONS: Any requests for modifications must be received by fax or e-mailed to email@example.com. An additional fee is applicable and will be determined on an individual basis.
RESTOCKING FEE: All goods returned to Omotec for any reason other than RMAs will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the net price as well as freight charges.
DROP SHIP FEE: All deliveries to non-store locations are subject to a 35.00$ drop ship fee.
